Its natural beauty and agreeable seaside climate remain, and today, the municipality boasts the highest GDP per capita in Portugal, not to mention the country’s highest concentration of individuals with higher education.  Winning though they may be, these statistics do little to illuminate the innovation ecosystem in this coastal gem. That’s where INNOVATE™ Oeiras comes in.
